Seth Godin wrote an excellent post on his blog yesterday! It is a MUST SEE for all sharpeners! I tell all my students that sharpening is sales! More often than not, you're selling yourself or tools that will make your customers life easier!
The hard part about this is to keep on keeping on (as we say in the south)! Getting told no, over and over, can wear on you. Seth makes a good point about this and challenges us to keep going back for more!
