Hey Jim, I get a lot of referrals from salons that I service. I think the main reason is I pass out cards and ask for referrals. How can you expect them if you don't ask for them?
That's the key! You've got to ask. One sales seminar I went to went so far as telling the customer what to say in their referal. Just be sure the relationship is there first!!!
